Marrakech Erg Chebbi Desert Tour

Departure from Marrakech, heading south across the spectacular Tizi n'Tichka Pass, the highest mountain pass in Morocco. Along the way, the road passes through traditional Berber villages and changing landscapes where riverside oases contrast with barren hillsides dotted with ancient kasbahs.

After lunch, continue toward the Valley of Roses, enjoying beautiful views over the Dades Valley, often referred to as the valley of a thousand kasbahs. Arrival in Dades in the late afternoon, where you spend the night.

After breakfast, drive toward the impressive Todra Gorge, where towering rock walls create a dramatic natural setting. After a short stop, continue to Auberge du Sud, located near the dunes of Erg Chebbi.

In the late afternoon, mount your camels and ride into the dunes as the sun sets over the desert. Dinner is served at the camp, followed by an overnight stay in Berber tents under the stars.

Wake early to watch sunrise over the dunes, a quiet and unforgettable moment. After breakfast at the camp, ride camels back to the auberge and begin the return journey to Marrakech.

The drive follows the same scenic route via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, with arrival in Marrakech expected in the early afternoon.
