Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Sahara Experience Morocco . By booking a tour, activity, or service with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment. A booking confirmation will be sent via email with details of your tour, itinerary, and payment.

2. Payment Policy

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before or at the start of the tour, as specified at the time of booking. Payments can be made via approved payment methods listed on our website.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the tour start date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, excluding non-refundable costs.

  • Cancellations made within 15 days of departure may not be refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

4. Changes to Itinerary

Sahara Experience Morocco reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We always aim to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. This should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation. Sahara Experience Morocco is not responsible for costs not covered by insurance.

6. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in tours and activities. Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. We prioritize safety but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen incidents.

7. Responsibility & Liability

Sahara Experience Morocco acts as a tour operator and is not liable for loss, injury, damage, delays, or expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or transportation issues.

8. Accommodation & Transport

Accommodation and transportation are arranged with trusted local partners. While we strive for quality and comfort, standards may vary depending on location, especially in remote areas such as the Sahara Desert.

9. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a client’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others or local communities.

10. Photography & Media

By participating in our tours, you grant Sahara Experience Morocco permission to use photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. Force Majeure

Sahara Experience Morocco shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
