Agafay Desert Overnight Experience

Your journey begins with pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Travel through the countryside, passing Berber villages and enjoying changing landscapes as you head toward the rocky Agafay Desert.

Upon arrival at the camp, you'll be welcomed with Moroccan tea and pastries. As the sun begins to set, take time to relax, enjoy the silence of the desert, and admire the colors of the sky.

In the evening, sit down for a traditional Moroccan dinner served in a nomad-style tent or around a campfire. The menu includes harira soup, salads, beef and chicken tagine, seasonal fruit, and mint tea. After dinner, enjoy the calm atmosphere and spend the night in a comfortable, tastefully decorated bivouac under a star-filled sky.

Wake up early to witness the sunrise over the desert, followed by a traditional breakfast at the camp. The morning is free to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Around 10:00 AM, depart back to Marrakech via a different scenic route, offering new perspectives of the High Atlas Mountains. Photo stops can be made along the way before arriving back at your accommodation.
