Day 1: Marrakech - High Atlas - Draa Valley - Zagora Desert

Departure from Marrakech in the morning, heading south across the spectacular Tizi n'Tichka Pass, the highest mountain pass in Morocco. The road winds through Berber villages and dramatic landscapes, gradually revealing a more arid, desert-like scenery. As you approach the south, riverside oases and barren hillsides appear, dotted with ancient kasbahs that tell stories of caravan routes and desert life.

After lunch, continue toward Zagora, enjoying sweeping views of the lush Draa Valley, Morocco's longest palm oasis. In the late afternoon, switch to camels and ride into the desert dunes just in time to watch the sun set over the horizon. Dinner is served at the camp, followed by a peaceful night under the stars in traditional Berber tents.

Day 2: Zagora - High Atlas - Marrakech

Wake early to witness sunrise over the desert-one of the quietest and most memorable moments of the journey. After breakfast at the camp, ride camels back to the auberge and begin the return drive to Marrakech. The route follows the same scenic road through the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, with time to enjoy the changing landscapes once more. Arrival in Marrakech is expected in the late afternoon.
